Export each page as a picture at the resolution you choose, pull the text layer out as a .txt file, save a .docx, or build a fresh PDF out of pictures you already have. Every file is opened, changed and saved by your own browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server, nothing is stored, and no account is needed.
